It's a Girl!

Today was Carrie's four-month ultrasound, and thankfully the baby cooperated with the machine. Check out the video for a clip from the ultrasound, the pink or blue check is at 1:30. We are very excited for baby "Cortana". We hear the four nieces are thinking about what they're going to pass down. John is starting to shop for shotguns. Ultrasound pictures are posted up at Picasa.

Surreal! Props to Dad for an accurate forecast on the news. I'm sure Mom would happy to bring a loaner in July in the Beretta department.

Congratulations - a little girl, how precious! Hopefully her daddy will be on his best behavior at all times now. :)

And her code name is from Halo??? Carrie - did you approve this?

We backtracked the conception date to September 24 . It just seems natural that her code name reflects that. lol.

Congrats! A friend of mine once said that daughters are God's revenge on men.

Spectacular video clips!

The baby looks like a GREAT athlete, just like Mom. Be aware, she may surpass triathelon to pentathelon (??). Go for Mom-and-daughter team!

congrats! we found out on Christmas Eve that our baby is going to be a girl too (we kept the envelope with the results for 2 months)...

I'm jealous from the Tahoe pic that Carrie is able to ski... I'm too far along and in withdrawl...
