We looked at hundreds of houses on-line, visited some 40-50 houses in person, wrote four offers, and spent a week negotiating the last one but... We are finally in contract with an accepted offer on an amazing home in Los Gatos! We have 14 days to get all our inspections and financials in order, and 35 days to close escrow, but pending no disasters, we will soon be the poorest new residents of Los Gatos! We Are in Contract!!
We looked at hundreds of houses on-line, visited some 40-50 houses in person, wrote four offers, and spent a week negotiating the last one but... We are finally in contract with an accepted offer on an amazing home in Los Gatos! We have 14 days to get all our inspections and financials in order, and 35 days to close escrow, but pending no disasters, we will soon be the poorest new residents of Los Gatos! Nana and Pops are ready to help with the move. Looks like Cassie is going to be a swimmer! Tell John , that sand and water is as difficult to keep up as grass!

What a COOL place - you've found a mini-Pier Park of Grosse Pointe Farms in CA :)
Cassie and her little siblings will enjoy the playground and artistic POOL for yrs to come.
Fun though follows hard work. I am sure you2 have taken Pool safety into consideration. This is specially true as Sergey Brin & Larry Page's advisor, Stanford Prof. Motwani was drowned in his own pool last Fri. after a house party.
Not only your own small children need to be cautioned and supervised 100% the time, so are friend's children; adults, too. It'd be better to think ahead than regret later.
